UK Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Free UK Delivery

All orders placed on supremepeptides.uk qualify for FREE UK delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with additional Sunday dispatches where required (excluding UK bank holidays).

Sunday to Thursday: Orders placed before 5:30 PM are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 5:30 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
Friday and Saturday: Orders are dispatched on Sunday for Monday delivery.

Delivery times are estimated and, while we work with trusted courier partners to provide a reliable next-day service, they cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Partner

We use trusted UK courier services to ensure fast, secure and temperature-conscious delivery. Certain products require specialist handling during transit, which is why orders placed after the Friday cut-off are dispatched on Sunday to maintain product quality and ensure Monday delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom. Delivery times to certain remote locations, including parts of Scotland, offshore islands, and other extended service areas, may take longer than standard next-day delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
